Abstract Background Infliximab (IFX), a monoclonal antibody approved for treating Crohn’s disease (CD), is known to show differing drug clearances in patients according several clinical factors. However, information on the population pharmacokinetics (PKs) of intravenous (IV) IFX lacking Korean with CD. Therefore, this study, we aimed establish PK model IV population. Methods We retrospectively analyzed data CD treated at Asan Medical Center, tertiary university hospital, from April 2019 March 2022. Serum trough concentration, laboratory values, activity index, and demographic were collected. NONMEM® version 7.5 was used nonlinear mixed effects modeling.
